It doesn't matter who pays or doesn't pay for health care. The hospitals and the medical treatment centers have to provide it no matter what. The real scam in all of this is that it will drive medical care providers out of business. That's the real goal. Then they will be able to pick and choose who gets what care, which will lead to “Vote for me and you will get medical care”.

My hospital this year will get $25 million less for the same care provided just from Medicaid. Under Obama’s plan, within 4 years it will be 40 million less... for the same care provided. We already have about 30 million dollars in services a year walking out the door unpaid now. There is only so much increased efficiency can do. Eventually no matter who is in charge or what plan is in place, care will become limited. there are only so many funds to go around. Unless we want 100% of our paycheck to go to the gov’t. But I think that's where they want to go anyway.

Gotta love it. Federal law required emergency room treatment regardless of ability to pay. Then, the federal government says that costs are high because people don't have insurance which makes companies charge everyone more.

It never crosses their minds (well, of course it does) to repeal the law that caused the problem in the first place.
