Only 43% Now Believe America Is The Last Best Hope of Mankind

Americans continue to believe strongly that their nation offers them more opportunities than any other country in the world, but they’re not nearly as confident in America’s place in the world.

Just 43% of American Adults now view the United States as the last best hope of mankind, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. That’s down from 51% who felt that way in May 2010. Thirty percent (30%) say America is not the last best hope of mankind, as Ronald Reagan famously described it, but nearly as many (27%) are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

America was the last best hope at the time Reagan made that statement. He also warned us about the threat of socialism, which inevitably leads to oppression and dictatorship as history shows.
The socialized healthcare law must be repealed and the federal government must be reduced in size if America is to get back on track as the worlds last best hope. Living under the Constitution is what makes America a shining city on the hill. Otherwise America will be no different than all the other nations living under despotic and dictatorial governments.
We have one last chance to turn back by voting in constitutional conservatives in Nov. who will restore this country to its founding principles or it will be too late.

America could once again become The Last Best Hope of Mankind.

All it takes is enough people who want to exchange a worthless life as a spineless, blood-sucking, plantation parasite for life as a free, productive, self reliant man or women.
