I would hope for a Rand Paul from the fiscally conservative side of the brain pool, smart, but who is far more vocal, and deadly serious beyond just the decimal point issues alone. He is hell on wheels against EPA and other big government intrusions.
I’m going to say that Paul Ryan is not all that conservative outside his niche of economic matters and the governor of Wisconsin is quite indebted to Ryan, as he should be, for the moral support and yeoman’s work that Ryan lent Walker during his money fight in the state.
We’re highly unlikely to get a social conservative like Bachman, or a West.
