There are not enough votes in the Senate to pass this. It requires 2/3 and and that means roughly 67 senators have to vote for it and that is highly unlikely. Really?
Permit me to direct you to the following "BI-PARTISAN" Republi-Tard, RINO's and then tell us all that the ratification is "Highly unlikely?"
Brown, Scott
Collins, Susan
Cornyn, John
Graham, Lindsey
Hatch, Orrin
McCain, John
Kyl, Jon
McConnell, Mitch
Murkowski, Lisa
Snow, Olympia

Just last year 58 Senators signed letters to President Obama opposing participation in the treaty. That total includes 13 Democrats.

Assuming EVERY Democrat and “Independent” is already on board (a heck of an assumption...) that brings Obama up to 63 votes, four short of ratification.

LOL!!!
You are not going to see John Cornyn or Orrin Hatch and probably not Lindsey Graham or Jon Kyl voting for this treaty. I doubt even McCain or McConnell would do so.
