For this reason, Daniels has filed suit. Defendant Husted, through this filing, she argues, has been made aware that the Democratic Candidate has been using a fraudulent Social Security Number, which would render Barack Obama ineligible under both the Ohio and U.S. Constitutions. You are right, she does say this.
But it's a claim or contention, not a fact.
How exactly does a fraudulent SS#, in and of itself, render a candidate under the US Constitution? Which clause spells this out?
I think it far more likely the plaintiff believes it should make a candidate ineligible, and I might even agree with her. But I really doubt the US Constitution has anything at all to say about SS#s with regard to eligibility. In fact, the Constitution has nothing at all to say about whether convicted felons are eligible to be elected president.

Good, good...pick at that scab, any scab...
Maybe this nightmare will end by bleeding to death.

Faked birth certificate,stolen S.S. number..nobody cares.
Our only hope is thru the ballot box!
(Oh wait, the fix is already in. Nix that notion too!)

But I really doubt the US Constitution has anything at all to say about SS#s with regard to eligibility. You are correct. The phrase "social security number" does not appear in the text of the US Constitution.
So I guess we should all go back to bed.

It's a crime to use a fraudulent SSN and there is not a POS in DC that will do anything to this criminal. So, this dictator will just go on about his goal of destroying the US.

In any other time, when truth and logic controlled events, we would be justified in celebrating the filing of this legal challenge. However, our country is now LAWLESS, totally lawless, I say. Common sense, truth, law, and logic are out the window. We know the objective those who will hear this case will reach before they even get the case. They will reach Obama’s objective to save their ass, their knee caps and/or their heads. I haven't found a single courageous jurist in the whole lot up to this point (I do not count the Supreme Ct four dissenters since their decision is not controlling and they knew it when they signed it). I no longer look for any jurists to save this country. There simply is no jurist who is concerned about anything (including their country) but their own personal hide. Very few heroes anymore and even fewer in the ranks of so called judges.

I worked as a claims rep for Social Security for a year and a half.
It is true that Social Security numbers, the first three digits did tell where you lived when you applied for a number. We had a chart which showed each number and where they originated.
At one time the middle two were always even except for 1-10. I think so many were issued that they changed that some time ago.
The last four were simply random.

Look up "Harrison J. Bounell", an alias of Obama (how many presidents have had an alias, or several in the case of Obama?). The only reason people use phony/stolen SSN#'s is for nefarious purposes.

Let me try again:
Obama’s maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, worked as a part-time employee in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse. As such she would have access to the estate files of anyone who died in Hawaii.
This is what we know of Jean Paul Ludwig, the man with the social security # that Ubama now uses.
In 1924 Ludwig worked for Senator Reed of PA in Washington DC
Jean Paul Ludwig had been in the U.S. for 3 years in 1924, but he was listed on the “Immigration” manifest and referred to an an alien in the column headings.
Length of time alien intends to remain in the U.S. - Always

Not everything that is wrong is therefore unconstitutional.
The Constitution does not say, for instance, that convicted mass murderers or traitors are ineligible for the presidency, on the possibly inaccurate assumption that the voters would never elect such a person.
As it is, AFAIK, Charles Manson is eligible for the office. Can’t vote, in most states, but I think he could be elected president, as far as the Constitution is concerned, anyway. He might be ineligible to be on the ballot in some states. Although a TX incarcerated felon was on the Dem primary in WV and got a bunch of votes.

Better off than we are now. But the thing that’s most important is winning the Senate. We need to start focusing on that.

Now this is what I'd call Asymmetric Politics, which is really nothing more than exposing the truth... but the reason I call it Asymmetric is because the conventional wisdom says "don't go there, or you'll get the independents to switch" or "you'll draw the racist card down on our heads". Everyone is scared sh!tless to go nuclear... I say, "go Asymmetric, gal, kick their ass"... were else do we go anyway?!?

There must be some person in this country currently in prison for using an invalid SSN and Felony Tax Fraud.
They would have quite a case for some equal protection type defense.
Lord Monckton in his video segments posted on earlier threads makes the point that criminal defendants would have the ever elusive STANDING.
