You are stating a set of facts which, if true, would render the controversial Social Security number used by Obama to be a legitimate number.
So it would be perfectly reasonable for you to explain how you gained knowledge of those alleged facts and to prove that they are true.
If you are incapable of proving those facts true, than we would have to consider them as speculation or theorizing.
