This case will be off your mind until some low-life thug targets you, your family or your home. In this day and age there’s a good chance of that. You’ll then realize that, regardless of what you THINK your rights might be; if you harm a Black, no matter what threat he poses then the whole dynamic changes. George Zimmerman won’t be the first man to be sacrificed to keep the Blacks from burning and pillaging and he won’t be the last.

I'm wondering if O'Mara can bring into the trial evidence of Trayvon's past behavior (drug use, apparent burglary, unprovoked violence against a bus driver) as evidence that helps his client, or can the judge just rule all of that out of order in order to help the prosecution?
Noticed in the local paper the other day a baby had been given "Treyvon" as a middle name. At least not as a first name.
If the jury has 6 people (what someone said on FR a while back) and 2 or 3 are black people determined to do "justice for Trayvon" (even if they tell the judge they will consider the evidence with an open mind), Zimmerman might be lucky to have 2 or 3 jurors who will stand their ground on his behalf.
What college is going to accept a kid who has a history of school suspensions, assault of a bus driver, and marijuana?

Hannity ran with that characterization, acting out the part of the dispatcher in a manner that bore no resemblance to the truth.
After the weekend he changed his tune and seemed to have completely forgotten his initial ranting.

Zimmerman's purported self-defense claim is an example of his manipulation of the system and you fell for it hook, line, and sinker. He knows the system. Both of his parents worked in the system and he studied Criminal Justice in college. Trayvon Martin was interested in aviation mechanics.

Look at how GZ has benefitted from "the system" -- He's had the crap beat out of him, been lied about through edited 911 tapes, been lied about through witness tampering, been handcuffed, interrogated, lie-detectored, interrogated, accused, interrogated, lied about by Matt Guttman receiving leaks from the SPD, been videotaped voluntarily of course, all without lawyering up, exhonerated and then accused by a crystal ball reading police detective who was leaking to the press violating his rights to privacy ....
And it has cost him his job, his education, his career, thousands of dollars, had his life threatened, his parents and wife threatened, has to live under security for his own safety, and at the charity of others under the stringent rules of a bailbond that make him a target.

Amazing. Sometimes reality shows no mercy. O’Mara’s law partner said last night Zimmerman criminally deceived the court and he sat there wordless listening to his wife lie to the court. O’Mara told the judge his client should have told the court immediately his wife was lying. Yet some, even with his own atty admitting it, deny the perjury committed. Thanks Beach Babe.

He said this judge has no reason to believe anything Zimmerman says. O’Mara said much the same thing. Now if anyone takes exception to these comments they can tell O’Mara and his partner. I assume Zimmerman’s attorney isn’t a happy camper. Zimmerman’s lack of candor was not limited to representations to the Court.
Judge Lester noted that Zimmerman misled his attorney as to his ability to pay because at the initial bond hearing Mr. O’Mara indicated that he would be representing Zimmerman without taking a fee and that he would be filing an Affidavit of Indigency for costs. Zimmerman did not correct his attorney’s representations to the court on those issues either.

Somehow you feel that Trayvon was on his way to college to study aviation. It would have been nice if he had been. However, getting into college with his record would be difficult. If you think that’s racist and I’m never going to get into heaven that is your perogative. And God appointed you to make those decisions when?
