President Barack Obama promised cheering supporters in Ohio that he would "make no apologies" for his overhaul of health care and mocked rival Mitt Romney's apparent change of heart on his own approach in Massachusetts.
"When you hear all these folks saying, 'Oh, no, no, this is a tax, this is a burden on middle-class families,' let me tell you, we know because the guy I'm running against tried this in Massachusetts and it's working just fine--even though now he denies it," Obama told about 300 supporters at Dobbins Elementary School in the village of Poland.
The president brought up health care often on this week's two day bus tour--the first of this election cycle. On Friday, the president's reelection campaign promoted an interview with an NBC affiliate in Cincinnati in which he hit Romney for changing his tune on whether the individual mandatethe requirement that people have health insuranceis a penalty or a tax. Romney says it's a tax in Obamacare but a penalty in his own plan.
"One of the things that you learn as president is that what you say matters and your principles matter," Obama scolded in the interview. "And sometimes, you've got to fight for things that you believe in and you can't just switch on a dime."

“You can’t just switch on a dime” like saying you can’t just enact amnesty for illegal aliens on your own then doing just that?
“Obama told about 300 supporters at Dobbins Elementary School in the village of Poland.”
Not exactly filling stadiums like 2008.
I would love to be the health care advisor overseeing their family health coverage. I would order Sexo-Changeo for all.
Is this like saying that the private sector is doing just fine?
Typical straw-man logic.
You have to admit, that's one of the few truths he's told. He has certainly fought for what he believes in...
Pizz-poor strategy for mute Mittens to be vacationing this week while Øbama fortifies his high ground after a SCOTUS victory.
Oh, so lying isn't against your principals.
Got it! Thanks for clearing that up.
So you really think so? I really do know better:

MEDICARE
Look clearly at the 2014 rate compared to the 2013 rate.
For those of you who are on Medicare, read the following. It’s short, but important and you probably haven’t heard about it in the Mainstream News:
“The per person Medicare Insurance Premium increased from the 2011 Monthly Fee of $96.40, rising to:
$104.20 in 2012
$120.20 in 2013
And
$247.00 in 2014.”
These are Provisions incorporated in the Obamacare Legislation, purposely delayed so as not to confuse the 2012 Re-Election Campaigns.
Send this to all Seniors that you know, so they will know who’s throwing them under the bus.
