Huck said: "“The atmosphere was so toxic that it would not be an atmosphere in which I would breathe well,” he said in the interview. “There is almost a hyperorthodoxy that is gripping the party that you have to go out and prove that you can be tougher, meaner, more hard-line than anybody else on the stage."

Once again, Huckabee has shown he is as out of touch on this matter as he has been on almost anything else.

This is just a half of a step away from Janeane Garofalo's "This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up."

This was from April 16th, 2009. The day after the nationwide Taxed Enough Already protests that were the first coordinated, national launch for the Tea Party. I believe this was the first time sliming of the Tea Party as racist. It spread from Garofalo almost to Huckabee.

What does Huckabee mean by "toxic atmosphere"? That can easily be made into confirmation that conservatives are racist.

Just as former President Bush called oppenents to his idiotic "comprehensive immigration reform" plan as "nativists and bigots", this is confirmation by prominent people on the right that conservatives/tea party folks are racists.

Huck, do you really want to be on the same page as Janeane Garofalo? Is that going to be a successful plan to gain listeners for your radio show? It didn't take Garofalo anywhere. It's hard to remember, but she was an Air America radio host. Hell, even lefties won't listen to that cr*p long.

I'll just say an early good-bye to your radio show. Because when the plug is pulled, no one will know, because no one listens.

Buh-Bye, Huck.
