You know, from time to time I am tempted to click on a blog (not The Examiner!) when the excerpt posted is particularly good.
If it's clear, concise, expresses an interesting point of view or perhaps touches on something that's new to me, then I might want to read more. But when a blogger makes trite statements and is overly verbose in doing so, the likelihood of getting a hit dwindles to zero.
