Horrible heat wave here, so I stayed mostly indoors. Did get to see some fireworks from my apartment building. Basically relaxed and read, read, read. (I a Queen of the Nerds.)
Let me join you. LOL! Reading is one of my favorite things, but it has had to take a backseat to life for months. Getting my iPad and downloading books has afforded me to opportunity to read again, albeit slower. I take my iPad everywhere I go and can sneak in a chapter or two or three while in waiting rooms with my Dad, or as I wait in the car for him.
