The thing is I STILL don’t know if he will truly grasp the outrage this kind of remark engenders- someone will have to explain it to him and even then- he simply is incapable of understanding what it means to be an INDIVIDUAL in America or what it means to have an idea and turn it into something real- a business.

What about the businesses who did have to build their own roads, extend the water, sewer, power, phone to their project sites? Not to mention pay all of the permit costs!
I do think that if he looked at industrial age of America those people, Ford, Rockefeller, Carnegy all pretty much did it themselves. They had the vision and resources to do it. But because they didn’t drive nails, rivets or work the line they wouldn’t and shouldn’t get any return on their genius and investment!

A public funded library should not show any sign of being on one side or the other. You don’t even need to state you opinion, just threaten to take them to court, if you don’t see a change.....No BIAS in the local publicly funded library!
This guy is amazing! He doesn’t “get it” on so many levels! “If you built a business, well you didn’t do it all, someone built a road you needed.” Well, duh. Building roads and bridges and providing security through armed forces are legitimate constitutional duties of government. Exactly what conservatives say. You do your job, stay out of ours. Hold down the regulations and don’t tell us what to do. And don’t spend our money on wasteful government programs, i.e, welfare, obamacare, NPR, foreign aid, and on and on.
An amazing quote from a guy who’s only accomplishment is to win elections by tearing down the opposition. Jack Ryan, Hillary, McCain and now Romney. Never runs on his accomplishments (none) only on vague stuff like hope and change. I am baffled that anyone plans to vote for him.
I have a question. When Reagan ran again, in 84, a lot of people voted for him for the first time, because of his record. Is there anyone in America who is saying to themselves, “I didn’t vote for Obama in 08, but now that I’ve seen him operate and do the great job he has done, I’ve decided to vote for him this time?”
Who could make a decision like that?
