Carville: GOP Mad Because A "Community Organizer Is Beating Them In A Street Fight"
RealClearPolitics ^ | July 16, 2012 | RealClearPolitics

"I think that what is happening in the Republican party is this. I think the Republicans are mad. And you know why they [are] mad? Because a Harvard educated community organizer is beating them in a street fight. And they're mad about it because they're used to winning these fights. And Obama people are outflanking and outmaneuvering and beating the Romney people and everybody knows it and the people that are watching this network knows it," James Carville said on FOX News' "Hannity" tonight.

"And you should be mad because that campaign and Romney is not standing up for you," Carville observed. "How can a guy be running for president and know he was going to run for president and not get rid of Swiss bank accounts, because you know that's going to be an issue? He didn't want to do it. He didn't want to go to the trouble. So he gets the nomination and now he has these guys from Chicago outflank him and Republicans and conservatives are duly angry at Romney for not standing for them."

So Far, Romney is “fighting” like Little Lord Fauntleroy, or Richie Rich.

He had better take off the gloves and hit back hard, or he is going to LOSE.

Remember, this is the same idiot who wrote a book stating that the Democrats would dominate national politics for the next seventy-five years. I’ll bet that sold real well after 2010.

” - - - community organizer is beating them in a street fight.”

Yep. And our sorry Romney RINO is determined to lose by a bigger margin than McCain lost to Obama, the Kenyan Commie Chicaguh gangstuh.

First of all, not true. Second, and more importantly, Carville is making it clear that he doesn't care about the country. It's all about politics. Very sad.

The swish is going to scratch little Lord Fauntleroy and pull his hair, unless little Lord Fauntleroy can muster the daring to slap the swish.

Mary needs to get Carville’s meds re-checked. They seem to need daily adjusting. He is going off the rails again.

Travis, we’re not seeing the real fight. Carville and the drive-bys are what we see - and that will always be Obama-slanted.

The media fight on the ground is different. You can get a better picture of it here:

Heh. We both thought of lil’ Lord Fauntleroy when thinking of Willard. Not good for the Massachusetts Moderate (which I suppose is a Flyover Flamer).

Maybe he was in Harvard maybe he wasn’t... Theres no records..
Actually theres almost no records about Obama at all... anywhere.. available..

He must be hiding something.. afraid of something coming to light..
Maybe he was a foreign student.. from Indonesia.. or “somewhere”..
Total blackout on Obamas history.. with the main stream media blocking or spiking any news about his past...

He may be a murderer or child abuser.. or drug dealer..
who know.. maybe even a known Marxist political operative..

Not pickin on you, Travis, just using your post to make some points that I think most are missing.

If you look at the link I posted above, you can see the total spending by Romney and Obama and their PACs. You can see that these aren’t national buys, but targeted states. So most of us are not seeing the media battler (other than talking heads on Sunday.)

We’re also not seeing the ads that are being run. A great many are by Crossroads and Restore Our Future - which are returning fire on Obama, big time.

I don’t think many have seen this Romney ad either, which, IMHO, is quite effective, the video is from Obama at his nominating convention:

Carville: GOP Mad Because A "Community Organizer Is Beating Them In A Street Fight"...this is really a neat rhetorical ploy that's being used more and more by the left - become an instant mind-reader and tell the world what your opponent's true, hidden beliefs really are - you don't have to say anything negative about him because you're really just repeating his thinking, and you can make it as nasty and outlandish as you want - how's he going to prove you wrong. I wonder how it would work for conservatives.....
So unemployment's over eight percent, the deficit's over five trillion, and businesses are pulling back all over the country - actually Obama's happy because he's always hated the US as the ultimate big-daddy who abandoned him and his mom, who in fact also abandoned him, and now's his turn to return the favor and humble his fatherland.....
All those people who booed Romney at the NAACP convention last week know deep down inside that blacks can't compete on a really level playing field, so any mention of anything vaguely implying criticism of what some black's accomplished - like abolishing Obamacare - must be opposed lest too many come to understand just how incapable blacks really are......
David Brooks, as the latest New York Times token conservative is actually scared to death that he has to follow in the footsteps of a real journalistic giant, William Safire, so he decides to try to look extra intellectual and sophisticated, and come up with ideas that will dazzle the common man - like the fact that because Barack Obama has a real nice crease in his trousers, he will obviously become president, and be a darned good one at that.....

Yeah, that'll work........

A Harvard MBA was meaningless when Bush was President, but having gone to Harvard Law School is significant if the person is a Democrat.

Carville likes to be outrageous, but most of the pundits who appear on MSNBC make him look like a fairminded moderate by comparison. (That's just my impression--I find it hard to watch MSNBC for longer than three seconds at a stretch.)

Dick Morris’ comment on Hannity as he appeared just after the bald cajun, something to the effect that “it would have been better if there were English subtitles at the bottom of the screen when he was talking”.

Never fly.

Go for Maine/Nebraska Congressional District Method. One elector from each congressional district plus two elected by majority statewide vote.

Result: all close states become "battleground states" because the same number of votes(2) are being fought over by winning the state vote. District votes keep it close to "one vote one value"

Unlike your suggestion it is Constitutional. Unlike National Popular Vote it is workable, and keeps to the spirit and intent of theConstitution.
