I expect the only way this could be used in court would be if there was corroborating testimony from someone else. And even so, an 8 year old kid - he wouldn’t know what this was all about.

It can't, but that does not matter: The DAMAGE--and it is obvious that this was intentional--is done and once the cat is out of the bag....well we know how the rest of it goes.

This is a "High Tech Lynching" if there ever was one and the so called (NIFONG) "Prosecutor" is a bottom-feeding, scumbag, Beeatch, looking for her "15 minutes" and the so called "Judge" is beyond prejudicial and needs to be tossed from this case.

I don’t either and the judge needs to be investigated for ordering the release of this information.

The good thing is that if he IS convicted, he has a helluva good reason for appeal with this POS judge on the trial.
