Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility have been promising more major revelations since their March 1 press conference, and now another event has been scheduled to unveil new information.
Arpaio told WND a press conference will be held July 17 at 2:30 p.m. local time at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix, Ariz. WND will once again provide live Web streaming of the event.

The BC that Hawaii provides is not the original document. It just reflects some of which is in the file. As Zullo indicated, this information can be changed 60 years later.
I am sure that Obama's file is filled with all kinds of stuff. As Fukino said, it is half handwritten. The microfilm would be a better source. It is not that easy to splice microfilm, especially if you can determine the age of the microfilm insert.
Hawaii is not protecting Obama so much as it is protecting the integrity of the birth certificates it issues.

You touched on a great thot with the LDS Church and their interest in geneologies-——the LDS church runs the Polynesian Cultural Center on the far north side of Oahu and they have a temple there. They would have all the dope they could get their hands on birth-record-wise in Hawaii. Wonder if S. Joe was aware of that. That facility would certainly be wired in to the big LDS records vault in the side of the mountain near Salt Lake City.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate
Obama was s Permanent Resident Alien living in the U.S. from 1971 until 1983; when he naturalized as a U.S. Citizen.
Birth/Medical records OF OUR PRESIDENT should be public, otherwise don’t run for President if you wish to keep your past a secret.
I wonder if anyone has tried to obtain his “certificate of marriage”- his BC and a blood sample is required to get married.. a marriage certificate is very detailed like a BC..

It is also interesting to look at the coding for birthplace of father.
On the Obama birth certificate, the coding is “2”.
On the Nordyke birth certificate, it is harder to see but it also appears to be “2”.
I don’t know what the coding system was for that particular box. The Posse did not release that information.
But whatever it was the coding system would likely at the very least distinguish between a place of birth for the father outside the US from a place of birth for the father inside the US.
Since it appears that both Obama’s father was listed as “2” and Nordyke’s father was listed as “2”, that would suggest that whoever was originally named as the father on the Obama birth certificate was born in the United States as was the Nordyke father, and not outside the United States.
However, what we really need is to see the coding system for the other boxes besides race to confirm this.
We’ve been over this before. HIPAA doesn’t protect directory information. What Zullo referenced was a directory.
The general public doesn’t know all this like people on Free Republic.

It (today’s info) may seem like much ado about nothing to those in the know. And sadly, those “in the know” make up the minority.
Unfortunately, as you witnessed from the media’s response today (and as was seen at the previous presentation), this will garner little attention from the big-name media folks. BUT, thanks be to God, there is the internet.
I can’t help but hope that if the presentation today gets the attention of ONE who spreads it to two and so on, that it will gain exposure for the dangerous, anti-American fraud that it is. I know that my harping on the issue has changed the minds of two people at least, and hopefully that is multiplying to reach more.
It’s a strange affair of Biblical mystery to me that God seems to have chosen one man in his old age (and sharp as a tack) to bring the matter to the public’s attention. Arpaio is not a quitter, and he is definitely no coward. I don’t think he nor Zullo nor Corsi have the word “quit” in their collective vocabulary. They fight a good and righteous battle with all odds against them. Most would have been weak-kneed and embarrassed to the point of giving up a long time ago because of what others may think of them versus the truth of the matter and love of Country. Strong and courageous, all of them.
Shame on the majority of media who are buffoons for believing they can mock a man of integrity. They’re getting a good lesson that should have been taught them while young: Don’t tug on Superman’s cape. He will surely make a fool of you. And, indeed, he did it again today. I’m never NOT impressed watching him handle his would-be persecutors.
Finally, I will always wonder if it wasn’t the hard, demanding, and selfless work of a couple of Freepers who ultimately got Sheriff Arpaio’s attention. May God bless Arpaio, Zullo, and Corsi.

I have a question: Does the original bc that Obama released from have the same sort of Properties that you can find on Word documents? The one where you go to File—>Prepare—>Properties and you can see who prepared the document.
Would that give any clue as to what computer was used to forge the bc? I don’t know the graphics programs—just wondering if they had the same hidden data.

Spoken like a true lawyer. I have some time working as an emergency dispatcher. We were told when frantic persons called us trying to find which hospital their injured or even dead father, brother, sister, daughter, son, husband or wife was transported to... that we were not suppose to tell them. How did we know that they really were who they claimed to be? Fortunately, most of us non-lawyers have more human decency than fear of losing our jobs. Citing HIPPA on this situation is a travesty... It was 50 years ago, the records were in the public domain for most of that time.

(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]
