Alex Okrent, aged 29, became the suspected forger when he suddenly dropped dead on Friday July 13, two business days prior to Arpaio’s news conference. He was a paid Obama campaign staffer in a media/advertising capacity. I’ll bet he at LEAST had a functional knowledge of graphics programs, and a certain passion which only two gay men could share.
