You cant have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against a population.
Yet, the mayor doesn't have a problem about discriminating against the majority of the population which isn't gay, and which would likely, welcome and patronize Chick Fil A.

Does Chick-file-A actually discriminate? I think not. But its owner exercises his rights as a citizen and supports the political causes of his choice, based on his religious values. That is the American way. I think Menino might have a lawsuit on his hands if he tries facist tactics over non-existent charges of “discrimination”?

Yes you can! There is a bar near Boston City Hospital that my guitar player and I were told “you know, you boys can’t come in here at night, right?” It was good advice.
