They always have and they always will be. In 1927 Andrew Kehoe killed 44 (primarily children) when he bombed a school in Bath Michigan.

Not surprise. We have many people who lost jobs and are in financial crisis. Add the fact that 1/4 of Americans are on some psychological drug to cope with stress. Sooner or later one of them will snap.
