Can someone explain to me what kind of parents would bring young children and infants to a midnight screening of Dark Night??

It doesn’t matter. They still don’t deserve to be shot to death by a nutcase. Nobody deserves that, in fact.

And on a Thursday night. Probably parents who don't have to go to work the next day, or any day.

Parents who couldn't get a baby sitter.

I would take my 3 month old to a midnight movie as I am a geek and he sleeps like a rock. However, I never take my baby out in public without casing out a spot to hide him in case gunfire breaks out. Seriously. I’m saddened to see my paranoia justified.
