I've seen an advance screening of the movie last week and it does portray OWS types as the ones lined up behind Bane to bring down civilized society "by any means necessary" with the aging Bruce Wayne/Batman character seems to represent the grim "silent majority"

There was a post yesterday about two older guys who are alleged to be “in the know” about high-level inside washington politics
And they used the exact same words.
They said the code name for ‘The Plan’ to re-elect Obama and complete the destruction of the USA was “By Any Means Necessary”
And the discussions at the high level were of total chaos and martial law - if needed
The whole Bane storyline came out in the mid-late 90s in the comics - so the entire storyline over the last week of people trying to tie-in bane/bain, caped crusader is obama, bane is OWS has just annoyed the hell out of me.
Yeah I’m a comic fan learned to read from them at the age of 4. Please don’t punish those of us who enjoy the books with anymore of the analogies please. It’s painful the reach some of the mass media has gone too.
