Dear FRiends,

We're going to need your support now more than ever to get through these bad times. And with these foolish godless liberal/progressive politicians from both parties delving deeper and deeper into statist/socialism things are bound to get worse unless commonsense conservatives band together to find a way to fight them off.

As we all know, America was founded on the principle that all men are created equal and endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, including the rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

America was the first and only nation as far as I know to recognize that our rights come from God not from a king or from a government. Our unalienable rights cannot be taken away by man or by government. Our government cannot exist but by our consent. We are the sovereigns.

We do not grant our consent to a government or to government leaders that do not defend our God-given unalienable rights to the hilt.

As a conservative site, Free Republic is here to conserve (defend) our unalienable rights - the entire package with no exceptions - that means we're pro-God, pro-Life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-Liberty, pro-limited government, pro-defense, pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights, etc., with no exceptions!

We're now locked in a battle in the defense of those rights against the godless liberals, progressives and statists, against our own party and against our own party's presumptive nominee who has a solid history of trampling on these very same God-given unalienable rights that we are sworn to defend, and even against some of our own members.

The nation, the party, the conservative movement, the tea party, and even our beloved Free Republic is being ripped apart at the seams.

The only solution I can offer is that we must all continue to place our faith in God and not a certain political party and certainly not in a certain politician that has an anti-conservative, pro-abortion, pro-homosexual agenda, gun grabbing, statist big government record and a nasty habit of lying for political gain.

If FR is to survive this turmoil so that we live to fight another day, we must have your support. If you feel the same way that I do that our God-given unalienable rights are worth defending, Life is worth defending, family is worth defending, Liberty is worth defending, the Pursuit of Happiness is worth defending, that our constitution and all of our rights are worth restoring and defending, that a free America as it used to be is worth restoring and defending, then please make a contribution today. And I do know that you believe in a free America as I do or you would not be here.

FR is supported solely by donations made by freedom loving people like you. We are not beholden to political parties, news agencies, sugar daddies, advertisers, the government or anyone else. We are self-funded, self-governed and passionately defend and enjoy our freedom and independence!!

Click the secure server link above to pledge your support or mail checks to:

Free Republic, LLC - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794

Thank you all very much for your continuing participation and support.

God bless.

"The flag is customarily flown all year-round at most public buildings, and it is not unusual to find private houses flying full-size flags.
Some private use is year-round, but becomes widespread on civic holidays like Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Presidents' Day, Flag Day, and on Independence Day.
On Memorial Day it is common to place small flags by war memorials and next to the graves of U.S. war veterans. Also on Memorial Day it is common to fly the flag at half staff, until noon, in remembrance of those who lost their lives fighting in U.S. wars."

"New Mexico is a state located in the southwest and western regions of the United States. New Mexico is also usually considered one of the Mountain States. New Mexico is the 5th most extensive, the 36th most populous, and the 6th least densely populated of the 50 United States.
Inhabited by Indigenous peoples of the Americas populations for many centuries, New Mexico has also been part of the Imperial Spanish viceroyalty of New Spain, part of Mexico, and a U.S. territory. Among U.S. states, New Mexico has the highest percentage of Hispanics, including descendants of Spanish colonists and recent immigrants from Latin America. It also has the second-highest percentage of Indigenous peoples of the Americas, after Alaska, and the fourth-highest total number of Indigenous peoples of the Americas after California, Oklahoma, and Arizona.
The tribes in the state consist of mostly Navajo and Pueblo peoples. As a result, the demographics and culture of the state are unique for their strong Hispanic and Native-American influences. The flag of New Mexico is represented by the red and gold colors, which represent Spain, as well as the Zia symbol, an ancient symbol for the sun of that Pueblo-related tribe."

"Ohio is a state in the Midwestern United States. Ohio is the 34th most extensive, the 7th most populous, and the 10th most densely populated of the 50 United States. The state's capital and largest city is Columbus. The name "Ohio" originated from Iroquois word ohi-yo’, meaning "great river". The state, originally partitioned from the Northwest Territory, was admitted to the Union as the 17th state (and the first under the Northwest Ordinance) on March 1, 1803.
Although there are conflicting narratives regarding the origin of the nickname, Ohio is historically known as the "Buckeye State" (relating to the Ohio buckeye tree) and Ohioans are also known as "Buckeyes"."

"Oregon is a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. It is located on the Pacific coast, with Washington to the north, California to the south, Nevada on the southeast and Idaho to the east. The Columbia and Snake rivers delineate much of Oregon's northern and eastern boundaries, respectively. The area was inhabited by many indigenous tribes before the arrival of traders, explorers, and settlers who formed an autonomous government in Oregon Country in 1843. The Oregon Territory was created in 1848, and Oregon became the 33rd state on February 14, 1859.
Oregon is the 9th most extensive and the 27th most populous of the 50 United States. Salem is the state's capital and third-most-populous city; Portland is the most populous. Portland is the 29th-largest U.S. city, with a population of 583,776 (2010 US Census) and a metro population of 2,241,841 (2009 estimate), the 23rd-largest U.S. metro area. The valley of the Willamette River in western Oregon is the state's most densely populated area and is home to eight of the ten most populous cities."

"Rhode Island, officially the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, is a state in the New England region of the United States. Rhode Island is the smallest in area, the 8th least populous, but the 2nd most densely populated of the 50 U.S. states. Rhode Island is bordered by Connecticut to the west and Massachusetts to the north and east, and it shares a water boundary with New York's Long Island to the southwest.

Rhode Island was the first of the 13 original colonies to declare independence from British rule, declaring itself independent on May 4, 1776, two months before any other colony. The State was also the last of the thirteen original colonies to ratify the United States Constitution."

"Tennessee has played a critical role in the development of rock and roll and early blues music. Beale Street in Memphis is considered by many to be the birthplace of the blues, with musicians such as W.C. Handy performing in its clubs as early as 1909.
Memphis was also home to Sun Records, where musicians such as Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, and Charlie Rich began their recording careers, and where rock and roll took shape in the 1950s.
The 1927 Victor recording sessions in Bristol generally mark the beginning of the country music genre, and the rise of the Grand Ole Opry in the 1930s helped make Nashville the center of the country music recording industry. "

"Texas is the second most populous and the second most extensive of the 50 states in the United States of America, and the most extensive state of the 48 contiguous United States. The name, based on the Caddo word tejas meaning "friends" or "allies", was applied by the Spanish to the Caddo themselves and to the region of their settlement in East Texas.
Located in the South Central United States, Texas shares an international border with the Mexican states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas to the south, and borders the US states of New Mexico to the west, Oklahoma to the north, Arkansas to the northeast, and Louisiana to the east. Texas has an area of 268,820 square miles (696,200 km2), and a growing population of 25.7 million residents."
