The neighbor lady in the apartment below him went up to ask him to turn down the music. She was interviewed and said the door was cracked but for some reason she didn’t push it open. That was her lucky day.

I’m surprised the name of the song hasn’t been made known, given the apparently highly symbolic nature of other actions taken. I suspect there was an intended “message” there. A lot of deliberation and planning, here, rather obsessively detailed. That sort of mindset wouldn’t throw on just any old techno.

A deliberate attempt to draw emergency responders and police to the apartment at the same time he was carrying out his massacre at the threatre.
Now we have to listen to months of handwringing from the judicial system as to whether he is 'competent' to stand trial. Only in America.
