I believe this. The license plate is 119 ROC....as in COR 911. The date was 7/20. The event was the start of Ramadan.
First of all, if it was a Muslim terrorist, he mostly likely would have not been silent during the attack; he would have been yelling “Allah Akbar” and “Death to the Infidels”, would have blown himself as a martyr, his terrorist cell would be been claiming credit for it by now.
As far as the license plate; that’s not a vanity plate. Some years ago I had a license plate that started with WWF. People used to ask me if that was because I liked the World Wrestling Federation or the World Wildlife Fund. I know have a license plate that contains the numbers 116 but you know if you look at it upside down it says …….911….cue the scary music…. oooo…..I must be a muzzie.

The shooter was wearing a gas mask. Maybe he was saying allahu akbar. And, you don’t always have to yell it. Besides, the movie was still playing and the screaming would have started as people realized what was going on.
It may not have been a vanity plate. In my experience, the spaces themselves indicate vanity plates.
