What I want to know is where did the kid get tear gas? Explosives? Body Armor? You can't mail order this stuff. I know by looking at bullet proof vests for the hell of it a couple months ago. These are listed as "Law Enforcement Only" items.

Wow! Guess I didn’t look deep enough. All the body armor I found via searches was for law enforcement sales. Like I said, wasn’t really serious about buying any, just surfing around.
