Colorado may be home to a new Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder treatment facility in the proposed Veterans Affairs Medical Center at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. If so, treatment like the “reconsolidation window” may offer real promise in helping soldiers and others who suffer from PTSD; ultimately, reducing the human and financial cost of treating such anxiety disorders.
