I thought the first movie lost money, quite a bit in fact. It wasn't the abolute blockbuster as was hoped, but I don't think it lost any money.
And it is STILL making money in DVD sales, to increase with this newest release.

Yeah. Only a net loss of $15 million. "Bump in the road", as Obama might say. Leonard Part 6 had similar box office numbers.
