Voting for Goode in a blue state is a smart move, especially when the alternative is staying home. It is a way to actually register your protest. Doing so in a contested state or a marginal red state is stupid.

I disagree. I don’t question your concern at all.
However, it is not stupidity. Some vote their principles and believe that the lesser of 2 evils is still evil.
