I smell a Supreme Court case coming on this. It’s an interesting juxtaposition of free speech, free commerce, and excessive government. And even with this mushy Court, I don’t see any way the PC Politburo can win.
I can’t see any legal way they can legally impose bans aside from zoning laws but even that strategy will fall.
