Hey, remember the shooting a few years back with the church security guard? She saved a lot of lives that day, poor thing.

Certainly there are more current examples.

The one in California in Santa Clara seemed to have been flushed down the memory hole.

When Jeanne Assam put down the mass shooter at the New Life Church in Colorado Springs it was 2007.

There have been others, but when you stop someone, it is hard to show what *might* have happened.
