Hey Deport,

You seem to know a little about the numbers.
Have a question for you.

At the start of the reporting, the percent of voters vs
registered was 2.06%. That number has now changed to about
3.5%.
Wouldn’t that number be consistent?
Wouldn’t the state know how many votes were cast, even before
who voted for who comes in?
Why would that percent change? Could there be hanky panky going on?
