I do not think he is eligible to be President. If he were he could instruct the Hawaii Health Dept. to release his original birth certificate to the public and the spooled microfilm. He could also instruct the hospital where he was born, to release their records to the public. The hospital has a record of all births that occur in the hospital that Obama said he was born in.
Obama could effectively kill the controversy for the price of two FedEx letters to Hawaii, about 35 bucks total. If he wanted to save money he could do it for the price of two postage stamps.
He has not done any of the above but has spent well over million dollars in fighting the release of any of his records.
