This is a University that deals with the brain. If they knew that he was a threat why didnt they warn the authorities? They should be held responsible for the deaths because they knew.
I can't believe these threads on FR. Just WHAT were the "authorities" supposed to do with someone who has not committed a crime? What kind of police/nanny state are you advocating? If someone reports someone else as acting funny, or God forbid, owning a gun, should the government follow them around everywhere or just jail them because maybe they might commit a crime someday? And responsibility? How about responsibility on the shooter. Sue, sue, sue is heard all of the time on this forum which is supposed to be promoting tort reform. Unbelievable.
