CT has already been conceded to ZERO

I wouldn’t say that CT has been conceded to Obama. The Democrat pollster PPP recently released a poll showing Obama leading Romney by only 51-43: http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/2011/PPP_Release_CT_080112.pdfAnd Obama has been running TV ads in central CT, which he wouldn’t do if the state was a lock for him.
