Everything is a lie. Islam is at war with itself and the rest of the world. There are two possible states of existence in Islam. One is called, “Dar al hareb” and the other, “dar al Islam”.
Dar al hareb is literally a state of war where “hareb” is scimitar or long sword. This is a situation where the entire planet is not properly balanced, the planet is still comprised of “nonbelievers” or infidels. It is a devout Muslims task to bring about (through conversion or slaughter) all those nonbelievers to their faith. So long as there are Christians, Jews and other faiths, Islam is in a state of perpetual war until the glorious day when, we arrive at a state called “dar al Islam” a world of Islam, everyone follows Muhammad. Add this to the different sects within Islam and you get “Salafist-Jihadis” murdering Egyptian soldiers in the middle of breaking their Ramadan fast. They see Egypt as a state that is not Islamic enough, corrupted by Mubarak and the West so it's OK to murder the Egyptian Muslim “infidels”. Look at history, look at what is happening all over the Middle East and planet. Islam is up in arms, sect against sect, secular against religious, religious against extremely religious, etc. They are always madmen but MORE SO during Ramadan when they are hungry and uptight and sexually repressed. Muslim killing Muslim is called Middle Eastern Peace. Muslim killing Jew or Israeli is called “Middle Eastern war”. They are screwed and they screw us as a result of all this pent up anger and hate. The only solution is to do what the Israelis do, fight terror, head on.
