... look, if Haniyeh’s attack had been successful, he didn’t get there on his own. Haniyeh didn’t get there on his own. I’m always struck by people who think, well, it must be because he was just so smart. There are a lot of smart people out there. It must be because he worked harder than everybody else. Let me tell you something — there are a whole bunch of hardworking ayrabs out there.

If Haniyeh’s attackers were successful, somebody along the line gave them some help. There was a great jihad teacher somewhere in their lives. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable Gazan system that there is that allowed him to thrive. Israelis invested in bordercrossings. If you’ve got a terrorist attack — you didn’t build that. Israelis made that happen. The Egyptian Army posts didn’t get invented on its own. Israel created the border post so that all terrorists could make hay by going off to their 72 virgins.

Let’s not forget the contributions of Sinai Bedouins. If it hadn’t been for their job as go-betweeners, the MB in Egypt would have to deliver the weapons themselves to the smuggling tunnel, and then how could they pretend to be keeping the treaty, or stay part of the Egyptian government without endangering all that swag from the US? So, no, those terrorists did not stage that attack by themselves. They have so many others to thank for their success (except that they only succeeded in killing Egyptian soldiers, which they now must blame on the Jooos!).
