Someone should do a rules challenge right now to PROHIBIT folks who lost a primary from voting in the Convention.
Oh I don't know, I kind of like the idea that Mitt Romney gets to go to convention and spend his time with a sizable portion of the Michigan delegation that doesn't like him much. LOL
