...So heres the proof. Below are two ads. Both of them show Joe Soptic. Heres the kicker: in the first ad, Soptic is featured telling part of his story but after hes done, the voice of Barack Obama comes on saying that he approves the message. Wait, the same guy that the administration is saying they know little about actually appeared in an Obama-approved ad? You bet your Chicago politics....

Nice catch.
They also used the same liar in a phone call going out from the campaign. Coincidence?
Shocker is that CNN busted them on the lie. That was amazing. Though the MSM would fire anyone reporting facts.
It is a shocker. Which is why I don’t believe CNN just wants to appear non-biased. Something is up.
Not only is it the same guy, IT’S THE SAME SHIRT!
Different background, glasses on glasses off, BUT THE SAME DAMN SHIRT.
I BET THESE WERE BOTH FILMED AT THE SAME PLACE AT THE SAME TIME BY THE SAME PEOPLE! A VIOLATION OF OF THE LAW..........
It’s the same day, look at the creases on the collar
Bump
Maybe we could get Connie Francis to sing “Creases on your collar/ told the tale on you...”
If the Obama Administration was telling the truth, that would be NEWS!
bump & ping
I noticed both of those.........
That's certainly nothing new.
Note the helmet on the shelf behind him also appears in both videos. A short segment showing him holding the helmet.
So you think the Obama Campaign has broken Federal Campaign laws?

Pension reform proposals face several hurdles in Congress
Kansas City Star, The (MO) - Monday, September 5, 2005
Author: MIKE CASEY
EXCERPT
The pension bills have caught the attention of Joe Soptic of Independence. Several years ago, Soptic ‘s former employer, GST Steel Co., closed its Kansas City mill. GST then defaulted on its pension promises and the federal pension agency took over the plan.
Under its rules, the agency slashed Soptic ‘s pension 20 percent.
“It's wrong for the corporations to be able to walk off and leave people with nothing,” Soptic said. “Who do I blame? The federal government and companies for letting it happen.”
Now, Soptic said, Congress should fix the pension problem so more workers’ benefits aren't cut, a view shared by the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee's ranking Democrat, Sen. Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts.
great find maggie. Have you already forwarded the information? Do you want us to help?
Same verbiage, but in 2005 he was also blaming the federal government.

I worked hard all my life and played by the rules, and they allowed this to happen.

Pension puzzle’s key question: Who pays?
Kansas City Star, The (MO) - Sunday, June 5, 2005
Author: MIKE CASEY
EXCERPT
Owens knows the importance of protecting people's pensions. Some of his friends worked at GST Steel Co. in Kansas City.
The mill, which was part of the former Armco works, closed in 2001 after its owner filed for bankruptcy. Eventually, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. took over the pension plans for 1,000 hourly and salaried workers and retirees and picked up $44 million in pension promises.
In many cases, the pension agency pays retirees their full retirement benefits, but not at GST. The steelworkers’ contract called for some members to receive a monthly supplemental pension benefit, but the agency did not pay all of it. The agency cannot afford to meet all companies’ pension obligations, so it has rules to determine benefit levels.
Retired steelworker Joe Soptic of Independence saw his pension slashed by about a quarter.
“I worked hard and played by the rules, and they're taking it away” said Soptic.
