74 million US tax payer dollars to study queers? Say it ain’t so.
Well, apparently they're not spending the $74 million to study queers merely for the sake of studying queers.
They're spending $74 million on studying queers in order to develop foreign aid programs for the queers. That makes it all better, don'cha know?
