Oh come on now. I’m sure Roberts can come up with some brilliant, creative way to strike down the law. George Will and Charles Krauthammer can then lecture us about it being the best advancement of conservatism by the court in decades.

God help us if this case gets to the Supreme Court... It's already been there. Indiana's law was upheld, and states are now modeling their laws on Indiana's.
