They want to make the purchases, but not from the same account for bookkeeping reasons, and the dummies think this will keep the purchases under the radar.

What do we have will all those purchases? The *O* administration is almost better armed than our regular military and totally better armed than our state militias. Next they’ll be handing the guns and ammo out with food stamps and at the voting places. <-—sort of kidding, but not really.

Why?

You don't think they're going to push those old people into ditches while they're still alive do you? Next they'll have an open bid for trenching equipment...

Why?

It's not all that surprising - the government does this with a lot of items at the end of the fiscal year - they stock up for the next year (or even the year after that) with year end funds to insure the money doesn't revert to the Treasury (and save taxpayer money - horrors!)

They probably have shooting ranges somewhere and will just fill up a closet with bullets. We used to do the same thing with copy paper.

Because, they expect trouble (probably they expect to start trouble and blame it on us) in the next 90 days or so. These delivery orders seem to be rush requests to be filled by 1 NOV.
