“Merely” violating immigration laws is now inconsequential in the eyes of this administration. Yet, with a few exceptions in the House and Senate, Congress has said nothing, done nothing.

The policy change exempts those under 30 who are in some kind of educational program or vocational program. I believe that it would cover all 19 (or 21) 911 hijackers! They were all younger and many were taking flight trianing at a professional training center!

It only took a little over 10 years for Americans to “get over it.”

Lady Liberty weeps.

Someone will be along shortly to inform you that jobs are the issue and we shouldn’t trouble the pretty butterfly republicans with this distraction.

This son of a bitch is committing High Treason right out in the open and no one has the motivation to do anything about it.

The only good thing about this is that, after the election and after Obama is gone, the government will have the names and address of over a million illegals.

One would think there should be an actual “opposition party” to raise holy hell over such a case of abject treason. The silence of the GOP is deafening. Makes them appear as a partners in the destruction of this country, and just perpetuates the notion that the elections have become pointless exercises. The elitist GOP-E ruling class wants amnesty, and that’s all that apparently matters.

Our local tv evening news on Monday showed illegals filling out the forms. I take it they could get the forms early or what?

Ever since BJ’s in the White House Office were seen as just a little fun, the country has been in free fall. Children in our schools adopted the behavior within weeks, after all it wasn’t sex.

If Congress wanted the borders closed they would close them.

There have been no charges made against the president for violating the law, ostensibly because the Senate would never convict. B$, there is no charges because the GOPe don’t object to what is happening.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/aug/14/obama-is-ready-to-sign-up-immigrants/?page=all#pagebreak

“The Obama policy does not offer a path to citizenship but rather “deferred action,” a halt to potential deportations. Those who qualify also can obtain a permit to work in the U.S.”

That’s not what their MECHA and La Raza lawyers will be arguing next year: they’re going to use equitable arguments like deterimental reliance, laches and hardship. All of this soothing talk about, `It’s not amnesty (I’m sorry—”path to citizenship” plusungood of me)!’ will be forgotten.

They’re saying it already: “But Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, an Illinois Democrat who has become Congress‘ leader on the issue, said it would be politically impossible for Mr. Romney to overturn what Mr. Obama has done.

“I think the young people who sign up for deferred action will be politically bulletproof,” he said. “Any future president or secretary of homeland security will have one hell of a fight on their hands if they try to deport this contingent of Dream-eligible youth en masse.”

“Dream-eligible.” That’s pretty good. Every time they set it up, we knocked it down. Luger lost his job over it ......

The law trumps equity, or it did pre-Obama. Gutierrez says Obama can do it, but Romney can’t undo it.

OK Mittens. It’s crunch time. Whatcha gonna do?
