There's a lot of competition for that title. My nominee is Democrat congressman Hank Johnson, who famously worried that the Island of Guam would tip over if too many U.S. troops were stationed there.
I have heard that before on Rush’s show but showed it to my disbelieving husband today. I just can’t stop laughing at it! The guys in the background are going nuts while the Admiral is seriously answering the question. How he didn’t burst out laughing, we’ll never know! (wouldn’t want to play poker with him!)
