Death is what this evil piece of excrement deserves but sadly even if he is sentenced to it the sentence probably won't be carried out in Kalifornia.
Arsonists are some of the most evil criminals we are faced with. They care not what evil their actions can cause; death, untold millions in property damage and the heartache of people losing everything dear to them in their lives.
Convict, sentence and hang swiftly in a public setting.
