Wasn’t he responsible for Jerry being at PSU in the first place? And as far as Jerry not beinging kids on campus, what about the phone call to the McQueary shower kid (if I’m not mistaken) asking him to come the a football game?
...of course, it’s one thing to prohibit Jerry from bringing kids, and quite another to actually enforce it...which would appear that they barely even attempted to do so...
