Minnesota state Democrat Representative Kerry Gauthier is being investigated by police for reportedly having sex with a 17 year-old at a rest stop. Northland News Center reported:
Minnesota district 7B Representative Kerry Gauthier is at the center of a criminal investigation by Duluth police. This is a particularly sensitive situation right now as incumbent lawmaker Gauthier will face Republican challenger Travis Silvers in November.
Police will only confirm that Representative Gauthier involved in an incident the Thompson Hill rest stop last month.
State Patrol will confirm that one witness approached a trooper around 11 at night on July 22nd to report an incident.
The State Patrol turned the investigation over to the Duluth Police Department. Police spokespeople say they are conducting a criminal investigation but they refuse to say why Gauthier was arrested.
However well placed sources today told the Northland’s NewsCenter, the incident involved a 17 year old boy with whom Gauthier was reportedly engaged in a sexual act.

This despite the fact that his arrest was definitely reported to high ranking elected officials in Duluth & Washington and that the media in Duluth follows the police arrest logs closely for high profile perps.

They're mentally and emotionally dysfunctional. Even sex with children will not satisfy them. They'll still need to go further. Eating the flesh of these children will be next. It will never stop. Homosexuals are unsatisfiable. That's why they do what they do. They'll always - eternally - be searching for something they cannot find.
This is why homosexual "marriage" won't work. The object is not about life long partners. The objective is child adoptions. After that, God help those kids.

The age of consent is 16? when did this change. I left MN in 1968, age 20, I could have had much more fun if I had known.
He’s a 57 year-old man. Sort of like Jerry Sandusky going after a young boy only Jerry’s were even younger. A 17 year-old may not be illegal even if it is abuse of a minor.
Hopefully this will result in another pick-up for the MN GOP House of Representatives in November.
It is difficult for representatives of the party of immorality to be held to legal standards based on moral values. Gays like to play, and gay men like their boy toys, and Democrats understand.
I also note they didn’t say it was a homosexual encounter. With the androgynous name Kerry, I was wondering if the dem was a woman. Note the lack of a pronoun.

The Prez’s infrastructure plan includes quadrupling the number of highway rest stops for those with these special needs.
If you have a relative standard (ie, no standard) for right and wrong, you really can’t say that anything is wrong (especially for yourself).
If he were only allowed to be a Boy Scout leader, none of this would have happened. /s
