I think it also increases the possibility that Slow Joe meets with an unfortunate accident, mysterious heart attack (which can be blamed on the stress of this last week, thereby implicating Republicans), or simply resigns to "spend more time with the family." In either of those scenarios, Zero gets to wipe his hands of responsibility.
