And let’s start with the Supreme Court itself. What John Roberts did to Obamascare is legitimized it. For that I would vote IMPEACHMENT in disgrace.
Everyone of those judges should stand investigation and as needed impeachment. Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsberg, and Stevens all need to feel the wrath of the American People. They are NOT above review. And so on down the line to the US District Judges.
Repeal the 16th Amendment. Repeal the 17th Amendment.
Likewise for the 14th Amendment. Repeal it! And the enforcement of the 10th Amendment must begin now, with real teeth to guarantee State's Rights, a core underpinning of our Republic.
