If I was the one that was hit in the back of the head with a full tumbler of water and sent to the hospital, I'd be filing assault with a deadly weapon charges against this sterling example of Obama’s and Holder's people. Put this darling behind bars for awhile and see if her attitude improves with some quality time with her bros and sistahs.

Today’s ‘new’ black culture is one of extreme violence towards those who can’t fight back either through physical weakness or especially through political correctness and so called hate speech law protections.

No you wouldn't. You could ask the DA to do so, but you can't file criminal charges.

A civil suit would net you nothing but a large lawyer bill.

The problem is criminal charges are filed by police or prosecutors. Besides, there isn't any $ in a criminal charge. Civil charges should be pursued with lotsa damages sought. The problem is, the likelihood of collecting is low.
