Keen observations. As a former liberal I can tell you one way to really drive them nuts is to steal their thunder. They hate that. Liberal: “You’re a racist!’’. Conservative: Okay, what’s your point?’’. Liberal: “So you admit you’re a racist?’’ Now here’s the good part, like Christ replied to Pilate when he said to HIM, ‘’ But you’re the King of the Jews’’. Christ replied, “It’s you that say I am’’. You keep doing that to liberals and at first they’ll look at you dumb-founded and then they’ll repeat the charge. And you keep replying, “It’s you that say I am’’ and after a while they’ll give up. It’s not as if you’re ever going to win an argument with them because they can see reason so you’ve just got to keep stealing their thunder and render them speechless. Liberals aren’t used to being made to shut up.

Liberals think it is “open minded” to not accept what are actual truths. They believe they can just “substitute your reality with my own”, as though it’s equally valid.

The problem is that this “open mindedness” actually promotes a self-deluded sense of “intelligent nuance”, where somehow, having a more complex view of the world actually translates to a more mature moral basis. Therefore the only solutions to problems caused by liberalism is more liberalism, otherwise we’re “going backwards” in their view, especially if the alternative is a more conservative approach.

They say “low I.Q.” is attributed to conservatism (and Christianity) without realizing that a divine truth should be understandable by all people, not just the “smart” ones. The fact that you can be very intelligent and yet be completely immoral doesn’t compute for them. Evil is not stupid. In their world, the only thing that has value is the way they’re viewed by others (as super-smart), which only leads to narcissistic behavior and the belief that they know better than everyone, especially those that “believe in fairytales”.

I like to ask liberals, “what is your philosophical basis for what you consider ‘right and wrong’?”. The response I often get is “I know wrong when I see it”. Really? ...there’s nothing in human culture that can back that up. Look at the Middle East, where it is the “right” thing to do to stone to death a woman for adultery (or execute gays). Ultimately, your sense of “right and wrong” comes from your cultural surroundings. You take it for granted. You don’t see how it shapes you. In the USA our philosophical basis for “right and wrong” are Judeo-Christian values. When we say our rights our given to us under God, we put a certain set of rules in place for government and law. They want to reject that and say that “human wisdom” (and law) should preside over God’s law (think gay marriage). To me, this is ultimately what we mean by “fabric of society”, they want to change that while being too foolish to recognize the chaos that would ensue. Right and wrong will be torn apart. How long until a Church is forced to perform a gay wedding? Once we live under “mans law” there’s nothing to stop that, especially when such people have such a low opinion of the religious.

...seems I’m ranting a bit here!! lol. ....liberals either “wake up” or they don’t, I’m glad to hear you did :)
