The words “legitimate” and “rape” do not belong together. There is s3x (legitimate) and rape, which is NEVER legitimate.There is that gray area of "date rape", which is sometimes when a college girl wearing no underwear and fake boobs in a skimpy top gets blasted, passes out in a frat boy's bed, and cries rape the next day to avoid losing her allowance from Daddy.
